The website processes technical data strictly required for operation and security. The contact form processes full name, email address, telephone number, message content and any information voluntarily included by the user.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Form data is processed to answer the enquiry and prepare a possible quotation on the basis of pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Necessary security data is processed for the controller’s legitimate interest in protecting the website and services (Article 6(1)(f)). Legal obligations are fulfilled under Article 6(1)(c), where applicable.
4. Required information
Full name, email, telephone, message and acknowledgement of this notice are required to send and manage an enquiry. The form cannot be used without them.
5. Recipients and providers
Cloudflare processes technical data for hosting, Workers, delivery and security. Brevo processes data required for server-side transactional delivery and the automatic confirmation. Enquiries are delivered to the Gmail mailbox ennio.photography@gmail.com and may be processed and retained within Google’s global infrastructure. Providers act under their applicable roles and terms.
6. International transfers
Cloudflare documents EU Standard Contractual Clauses and other applicable safeguards in its DPA. Brevo states that its databases are stored in the European Union; its DPA, subprocessors and documented safeguards remain applicable. Google operates global infrastructure and transfers are governed by the safeguards described in its privacy policy. Provider terms must be reviewed periodically.
7. Retention
Enquiries are retained for the time required to handle them and generally no longer than 24 months, including in the email mailbox, unless a subsequent professional relationship, legal obligation, establishment or exercise of rights, or dispute requires longer retention.
8. Cookies and technical tools
The public website uses no profiling cookies, advertising or unnecessary behavioural analytics. No marketing or third-party tracking tools are present. The administration area uses only the technical ennioph_admin_session cookie required for authentication, with Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict, Path=/ and a maximum lifetime of eight hours.
9. Rights and automated decisions
Where applicable, data subjects may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to studioeesse@gmail.com and may complain to the competent data protection authority. The website performs no profiling or automated decision-making producing legal effects.
